What are your rates for product photography and video?

Each product photography or video assignment is unique, with varying production logistics and client needs. Therefore, pricing is determined on a case-by-case basis. Upon your inquiry, we will request the necessary information to provide you with a personalized quote.

Can you photograph my products at my premises?
Yes, our workflow and equipment are flexible, allowing us to conveniently photograph bulky products on location.

Your studio is far from my premises, how can we handle this challenge?
We offer three options:

Delivery Option: You can choose to have a delivery company or person deliver the products to our studio. Once received, we will photograph them and make sure they are securely returned to you.

Our Collection Option: Alternatively, Gibs Photography can collect and return your products to your premises, at a modest fee.

On-Site Option: If it is more convenient for you, we can bring our photography equipment and set up a studio at your premises, capture the product images on-site, & eliminate the need for product transportation.

Can I add my ideas on how I want my product photos & videos to look?
Yes! We encourage you to share your ideas and preferences for how you want your products to be photographed or filmed. Your input is valuable in ensuring that the final outcome aligns with your brand & marketing strategy.

Can I have the raw digital files & edit them myself?
No. Other editors may face challenges editing our raw files and using our techniques to achieve acceptable results.

Can you place a watermark or my logo on my product images & video?
Yes.

Are the photos ready for upload to my website or online store?
We value understanding our clients’ intended use of the images we provide. Hence, we take the time to comprehend your specific requirements, & prepare picture files that seamlessly align with your website’s design and layout. To ensure optimum results, we collaborate closely with your website developer.

How long will I wait for my product photos or videos?
The turnaround time for each assignment is determined based on its specific requirements. When you inquire about our services, we will request the necessary information from you to assess the scope of the project and determine an appropriate timeline. Factors that can influence the turnaround time include the number and complexity of products, the extent of editing required, and any additional services requested.

Our goal is to deliver high-quality results within a reasonable timeframe that meets your expectations.

How will I get the images or videos?
We deliver all images and videos conveniently online using Google Drive. Upon completion of the project, we will provide you with a private and secure link to access your files. Through Google Drive, you can easily download and access images and videos from any device with internet access.

If you have any specific preferences or alternative file delivery methods, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
