What are your product photography rates?
Each product photography assignment is unique in terms of production logistics and client needs. Upon your inquiry, we will request for the necessary information that will assist our team generate a fair quote.

What are your payment terms?
We require a 50% deposit upon booking, & balance within 30days after delivery & invoicing. Different payment plans may be arranged based on the assignment at hand.

Can you photograph my products at my store or warehouse?
Yes, our workflow & equipment is flexible to conveniently photograph many or bulky products on-location, within East Africa.

Can you collect my products, photograph & deliver them back?
Yes.

Can I add my ideas on how I want my products photographed?
Yes. Upon inquiry, we request for your ideas & preferred look & feel for your product images, & hence the images will be most effective for your intended purpose.

Can I have the raw digital files & edit myself?
No. Other editors may face challenges working with our raw files and technics of photography to achieve acceptable results.

Can you add a watermark to my product images?
Yes.

Are the final images ready for upload to our website or online store?
We take time to understand our client’s end use of their images. Hence, we are able to prepare final images ready for your intended use.
For optimum results, we work with your website developer.

How soon will my product images be ready?
This is determined by the specific assignment at hand. Upon your inquiry, we will request for information required to determine the turnaround time. 

How do I get the final images?
All images are delivered online via Google Drive, Dropbox, Wetransfer or saved onto clients’ digital storage devices.
